All software that is downloaded by you from this Site is owned by and is the copyrighted work of TradeMeters (the “Software”). This Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions applicable thereon.

Your use of the Software is regulated by an End User License Agreement (“EULA”) accompanying the Software. You are barred from downloading and/or using our Software unless you agree to the terms of its accompanying EULA.

8. Severability

If, for any reason, any portion of these Terms is held to be unlawful and, hence, cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses/portion of these Terms will remain in full force and effect and would be read as if the unlawful clauses/portion never existed.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws provisions, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan. No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and TradeMeters as a result of these Terms or use of this Site. A person that is not party to these Terms shall not be entitled to any rights or benefits under these Terms. Any failure or delay by TradeMeters to exercise, enforce or demand its rights under these Terms at any time for any period or to insist upon the strict performance of any of the terms and conditions of Terms, or the waiver of your breach of any of these Terms does not mean a waiver of your obligations or relinquishment of our right to enforce strict performance of these Terms or exercise any of our powers under these Terms. The headings of these Terms are for ease of reference only and will not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

9. Return Policy

If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with our product then you can return it within 30 days of purchase and get the refund for the amount paid.
